This website, www.denverwebsuccess.com, is owned and run by Denver Web Success. By using it you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. What this site is for
It describes what Denver Web Success does, shows examples of our work, and lets you get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer capable of being accepted into a contract. Paid work starts when we agree it in writing, and that written agreement governs the work rather than this page.
2. Using the site
You may read the site, print pages for your own reference, and link to it. You may not:
- Copy, republish or resell its text, images, layout or code
- Scrape it in bulk, or run automated requests that put load on the server
- Attempt to break into any part of it, or test its security without our written permission
- Use it to send us anything unlawful, abusive or knowingly false
We may block access from any address that does one of the above.
3. Intellectual property
The text, layout, graphics, logos and code on this site belong to Denver Web Success or to the people who licensed them to us. Client names, logos and screenshots appear with permission and remain the property of the clients concerned. Using the site gives you no licence to any of it.
4. Accuracy of what is here
We write what we believe to be true on the day we publish it. Prices, timescales, staffing and worked examples change, and a page may be out of date by the time you read it. Nothing here is advice for your own situation. Ask us before you act on anything you read on this site.
5. No warranty
The site is provided as it stands. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that it or its server will be free of anything harmful. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude every warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Colorado law allows, Denver Web Success is not liable for any loss arising out of your use of this website, or out of your being unable to use it. That includes lost profit, lost revenue, lost data and business interruption, whether the claim is brought in contract, in tort or on any other basis, and whether or not we were warned such loss was likely.
Nothing on this page limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
7. Links to other sites
We link out to client websites and to third party tools. We do not control them, we do not endorse everything on them, and we are not responsible for what they contain or what they do.
8. Material you send us
If you send us material – a brief, a photograph, page copy, a logo – you confirm that you have the right to send it and to let us use it for the work in hand. You keep ownership of it. Do not send us anything confidential before we have a written agreement covering it.
9. Changes to this page
We change this page from time to time. The version published here when you use the site is the version that applies to you.
10. Governing law
This page, and any dispute arising out of it or out of your use of this website, is governed by the law of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts sitting in the City and County of Denver, Colorado are the only courts with jurisdiction over it.
